Q1. When will the new enhanced compensation plan becomes effective?
The new enhancement plan will be effective from 16th November 2009

Q2. What are the major changes that have been made to the enhanced plan?
With the new enhancement, you only need to have 30CV active (or 1 bottle to be active) to earn bonuses. In addition, Philippines and Indonesia member also earn an additional bonus know as retail profit.

Q3. What is the member price for 1 bottle or half pack.
Half pack (1 bottle) will cost USD55.
We fixed the exchange rate at 1USD to Rp11, 000 and 1USD to Php45. This currency exchange rate will also be the same mechanism for paying bonus.

Q4. Is the member price inclusive if shipping and Sales Tax?
Member’s price is inclusive of Sales tax and local shipping charges.

However, Vemma Business is not opened to member staying at the following islands or provinces due to high shipping cost:

Q5. What is retail profit?
We pay USD5 per bottle or USD10 per pack for every sale made. In other word, we pay retail profit for first order (Fast Start) and also for repeat sales (autoship).
a. half pack – USD5
b. 1 pack –USD10
c. Basic builder pack – USD40
d. Silver pack – USD60
e. Ultimate pack – USD120

NB: This is an additional bonus on top of the Fast start bonus.

Q6. In short, what can a member earns with 1 bottle (half pack) active?
Member with half pack active and qualified can earn the following bonuses:
a. Fast Start Bonus
b. Retail profit
c. Cycle bonus
d. Rank advancement bonus
e. Global bonus pools

Q7. How much will a member earn for 1 cycle with half pack active?
With half pack active, we pay out at a pro-rata rate, therefore the payout for 1 cycle is about USD15

Q8. Do Indonesia and Philippines member earn the Asia incentive of additional 30% to cycle bonus?
NO. – Indonesia and Philippines member will NOT earn the additional 30% cycle bonus. Vemma Asia has built-in additional bonus for Indonesia and Philippines member know as Retail profit.

As for Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan member – they will not earn the retail profit if they enrolled a Philippines or Indonesia member since Vemma Asia pays additional 30% cycle bonus in other territories.
